Store & Company Policies
GENERAL POLICIES

A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned
checks. All returned checks are promptly turned
over to the State of Delaware Attorney General.

Payment is expected in full any time a
service is rendered or product is dispersed.

Integrity.PC.Computers reserves the right
to deny any return based on condition of product or
packaging, or reason for return.
COMPUTER SERVICE AND REPAIR - IN OUR STORE
-
A $35.00 diagnostic fee applies to all computers
brought in for repair. If Integrity.PC.Computers
does the repair or you purchase a new computer, we
will apply the diagnostic fee to that repair or
purchase.

If customer chooses not to have services
performed, the $35.00 fee will be due upon pickup of
computer or equipment.

Computers, Peripherals, or any other personal
property that has not been claimed within 30 days of
drop-off date becomes property of
Integrity.PC.Computers.

Integrity.PC.Computers is not responsible for
loss of data or programs on a customer’s computer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up and
protect their data on a regular basis. When we
perform a complete system reformat, we make every
effort to back up all necessary data per client’s
instruction. However, on occasion, unexpected
equipment failure can occur. We are not responsible
for any data, files, e-mail, or software that is
lost in the process, however we deeply regret any
inconvenience in such event.

Integrity.PC.Computers offers a “Data Security
Service” For a $50 fee. Your data will be secured in
a lock box and only available to the owner of
Integrity.PC.Computers service on request. Otherwise
having a computer serviced at our facility is at
your own risk. We make every effort to ensure the
security and privacy of your personal data on your
computer; we cannot guarantee that such data will
not be compromised. It is the customer’s
responsibility to remove any personal data that
would be of concern if necessary prior to drop-off.

Software Programs cannot be backed up, only
reinstalled from their original CD or Diskettes.

Full Payment is required at the time of pickup.
SPECIAL ORDERS PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges
permitted.

Full Payment is required at the time of order for
any special order with a retail value of $50.00 or
greater. Payments made by Visa, Mastercard,
or Discover may delay your order 1
- 3 business days due to processing.
CUSTOM BUILT COMPUTERS & NEW LAPTOPS

Full Payment is required for all Custom Built
Computers and Laptop orders at the time of order.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your
Custom Built Computer or Laptop. Computers that are
purchased using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover may be subject to processing delay.

Custom Built Computer or Laptop orders cannot be
cancelled after the order has been placed

Custom Built Computers or Laptops that are not
claimed within 30 days of order date become property
of Integrity.PC.Computers.
WARRANTIES
CUSTOM BUILT COMPUTERS & LAPTOPS - NEW
-
All New Custom Built Computers designed and
built by Integrity.PC.Computers carry a standard
limited 1 year manufacturer’s hardware warranty.
Hardware replacements are subject to a 10 business
day turn-around for parts ordering and delivery.

Custom Built Computer hardware components that
are replaced under the 1 year warranty will be
replaced in our store with no service charges within
the first 6 months of purchase. If other services
are requested at the time of hardware replacement,
service charges may apply.

Custom Built Systems carry a limited standard 1
year service warranty by Integrity.PC.Computers.
System problems such as hardware replacement, system
driver updates (excludes drivers associated with
peripherals such as printers, scanners, digital
cameras, etc.), and any programming issues relating
to the original installation of the operating system
and pre-packaged software. Spyware and virus
infections, user neglect or error, and issues with
third-party software installations are not covered
under the 1 year service warranty. Integrity.PC.Computers
service warranty only applies to services performed
at our service locations. On-site repair
services during the 1 year service
warranty period including pickups and deliveries
will be subject to on-site service fees. Integrity.PC.Computers reserves the right to deny a
service request based on the eligibility of the
service as noted in our warranty guidelines.

evaluated in person by an Integrity.PC.Computers

PRE-OWNED AND REFURBISHED COMPUTERS

All pre-owned and refurbished computers are sold
as-is, with no hardware warranty stated or implied.

Hardware failures within the first 60 days after
purchase will be replaced at the cost of the
hardware only, no service fees will apply to
hardware replacements performed in our service
center. Integrity.PC.Computers reserves the right
to deny a hardware replacement request based on the
eligibility of the service as noted in our warranty
guidelines.

However, to properly diagnose and repair most
computer issues the computer will need to be
evaluated in person by an Integrity.PC.Computers
technician.
SERVICE WARRANTIES

Services performed by Integrity.PC.Computers do

the final service ticket.

WE ASSUME ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND
THE TERMS OF OUR COMPANY POLICIES, AND ARE IN FULL
AGREEMENT WITH SUCH POLICIES PRIOR TO ENTERING INTO ANY
TRANSACTIONS WITH INTEGRITY.PC.COMPUTERS AND/OR ITS
AFFILIATES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT INTEGRITY.PC.COMPUTERS PRIDES ITSELF ON
BEING AN INTEGRITY BASED COMPANY. IT’S FOR OUR
PROTECTION AND THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO CREATE
POLICIES LIKE THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE. HOWEVER, OUR
FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST COMPUTER AND
CUSTOMER SERVICES POSSIBLE.
